La báscula BC-401 de TANITA es una báscula de análisis corporal compacta y muy precisa, perfecta para usar toda la familia. Esta báscula recuerda los datos de hasta 5 personas frecuentes. En el caso de los menores (de entre 5 y 17 años), solo mide lo realmente relevante: el peso, el IMC y el porcentaje de grasa. De este modo, todos los integrantes de la familia pueden conocer su propia composición corporal y motivarse para alcanzar sus objetivos de salud particulares.
La BC-401 también mide tu edad metabólica. Una medición única que solo realizan las básculas de análisis corporal de TANITA. Esta medición calcula tu BMR (Tasa Metabólica Basal) y luego la compara con la media de tu grupo de edad. ¿Tu edad metabólica es inferior a tu edad real? Entonces vas por buen camino. Si es superior, ¡hay que hacer algo!
Gracias a la aplicación MY TANITA, podrás consultar todas tus mediciones cómodamente desde el teléfono móvil o tableta. La información recopilada a lo largo del tiempo te motivará para alcanzar esos objetivos a largo plazo.

Does what I need it toWhen I first opened this product I felt that it looked really complicated and I worried that this would make the scale difficult to use. I also worried that the thickness of the scale being quite thin would struggle to hold my weight. After a few weeks of using this scale I have found that it works well regardless of whether I use the app or not and provides more detail than a standard weighing scale does. I did also find that the calculations were occasionally quite inconsistent with reality, but on the hole quite reliable. I did find on one occasion that my basal metabolic age was way off my actual age, for example. I was quite happy to see that you could enter information on either the scale or the app too, however found that it was quite hard to read any symbols on the scale due to the size of the font. The app was also really easy to navigate too! All in all, worthwhile for anyone looking to dig a bit deeper into their physical health.

Really interesting!The product is very good at providing reliable data each time it’s used, I’ve found it very interesting to use it at various points of the day to tract things like water retention and fat. I used the product daily for my bulk cycle at the gym and it has really helped me track my progress. The app is really well layed out and easy to use too! Especially having multiple accounts so more than one person can save data.

An accurate and easy scale for tracking health and weight lossThe Tanita smart scale is easy to use, accurate and gives me a very in depth insight into my body measurements making my weight loss journey easier to track. When I first opened the scale and set it up, for the first few uses, it didn’t connect to the app very easily and it took a few attempts to get it to easily connect however after this, using the scale has become easier and connects to the app very well. The scale itself is compact, easy to store and looks modern. I love that the scale has the option to add other user profiles meaning that multiple people can use the scale while keeping their data separate. I personally like the features of the scale being able to track body fat and body type as it shows how I am changing as I exercise more. The metabolic age feature is interesting to have as it shows me where I can improve and gives me more understanding of how my weight and health is impacting my body. Overall it is a really good and accurate smart scale.

Fab designWhen I opened the box, I liked the design. It wasn’t too heavy and it’s thin enough to store easily and bring out when I needed it. It felt good quality and was packaged nicely. To damage or marks anywhere on the device. The device offers a variety of measures to suit different needs such as BMI, weight and body fat percentage. The instructions in the manual said the link to the app was in the website and to use the link provided but I couldn’t find it this way. I searched for the app in the App Store on my phone. It took my a few attempts to get the device to sync to my phone over Bluetooth however once I figured this out, it was very easy to set up. It’s very fast and give you results within a couple of seconds. The measurements are available in the app instantly.

Fantastic!I am really impressed with these smart scales. They are modern, sleek, and compact meaning they don’t take up loads of space. I found setting them up easy and simple.
The ability to be able to quickly get a range of measurements amazed me as I’ve only ever used standard scales.
The app is a great addition and helps me track and manage my weight and measurements without having to write it down saving me time and effort. Being able to add 5 different profiles to the app meant that my wife could also utilise these scales and benefit from the excellent app information.
The unique metabolic age feature is a great motivation to know what progress you need to make on your fitness and health journey. It would also give you the recognition and confirmation if your metabolic age was below your actual age.
I would definitely recommend these scales and to anyone wondering if they are worth it, they definitely are.Publicado en

Great for measuring fitness and weightI am really enjoying using this device. It is easy to use however pairing can take awhile as I had to try a few times before it eventually paired up.
Once you have this done, you just stand on the device and it automatically turns on and measures you. It shows your current weight, BMI, muscle mass, body fat, bone mass pulse more. I like that in the app it gives you a chart showing the fluctuations day to day so you can keep an eye on how your body is changing.
I also like that based on your measurements it gives a rough guide of what your body age is giving you an idea of your overall fitness levels. A great product that is great if you want to track your health and any fitness journey youre on. I would recommendPublicado en

BrilliantAs someone who has struggled to track progress being able to press weigh now on my phone and within seconds have a full rangers of my body fat percentage, muscle mass and other areas has been hugely insightful and helpful for me.the scales are small and sleek and look as good as they work.

EstrechaTengo un 38 y se me salen los talones. Cualquier persona que tenga más de un 38 se le saldrán los talones y dedos del pie. Es incómodo, jamás vi una báscula estrecha, que sentido tiene??? Da la sensación que estés subido en una rama.
